All referrals will be reviewed by the HTL Service Manager and will be responded to within two working days. There is no right of appeal unless the applicant or referring agency can provide new information which would change the applicant’s ability to sustain a tenancy independently.
Once reviewed, selected applicants will be invited to view the property and a decision will be made regarding a tenancy offer after these viewings.
Please complete this form as thoroughly as possible at the point of referral, as the information provided will be utilised to offer a viewing and a subsequent tenancy. Home Turf Lettings reserves the right to withdraw a tenancy offer if the Referral and Application Form is not fully completed at referral and new information emerges which would have prevented Home Turf Lettings from offering a viewing and/or tenancy.

Following a tenancy offer, we will require the following documentation to be sent to us within three working days:
Proof of Right to Rent. Click Here to see a list of accepted documents
Two months’ bank statements for all accounts, including savings accounts, held by all adults in the household
Proof of Housing Benefit (if you are currently claiming). This must be your current award letter or UC screen shot
Proof of all other benefits received. If these are clearly itemised on your bank statements this is sufficient proof
Wage slips, if you are working. Either two monthly wage slips or five weekly wage slips
Proof of any debts including any payment arrangements in place
Proof of funds for deposit and rent in advance. e.g bank statement or letter or email from the council, Bristol Credit Union or other organisation
Copy of any notices served – if applicable
Signed and dated Home Turf Lettings Data Consent page of the application form

In the case of a joint tenancy, one application form will be required per tenant over the age of eighteen.
